LemonP’s weekly diary #2 In CCEL

First time in CCEL

The start stop and the end stop from homestay to CCEL

CCEL’s orientation

The staffs here are very enthusiastic. They showed us around, told rules here and something we students should concern.

Recipe of dining car

A funny thing is that the word ‘Chilli’ is mistakenly written as ‘Chill’. When I asked the staff for ‘Chill Roll’, we both laughed🤣.

Some inspring works made by students here

‘You can never understand one language until you understand at least two’ (by Geoffrey Willans)

I think this is the most impressive work here.

Recycling instruction in CCEL

I have already mentioned the recycling rules in New Zealand by the landlord. But this one is the most specific version of the rules I have ever seen.

Weekend Life

Having lunch with ArmF in ‘Shanghai’, a Chinese restaurant in Riccarton.

What is a coincidence is that I photoed the night view of the resturant in Friday’s evening, and ArmsF suggested the resturant in Saturday’s noon.

The ‘Shanghai’ restaurant preserves the relics of 20th-century Shanghai as its style. The boss told us that the restaurant is used to serving a big one.

Foods in another Korean BBQ restaurant

A self-service restaurant with high cost performance.
